Insulated Suspension Clamp
The Insulated Suspension Clamp for High Voltage (HV) gives strong support for Medium Voltage Aerial Bundle Cable (MV ABC) systems. In addition, it helps reduce wind vibration. It also prevents damage and protects the conductor during installation. Moreover, it keeps the conductor safe during long-term use. The clamp stays stable and resists corrosion even in harsh weather or high humidity.
It safely holds and suspends 11 kV and 33 kV MV ABC with a 50 mm² galvanized stranded messenger steel wire. For installation, it fits spun concrete poles rated from 10 m to 19.5 kN. It connects through MV triangular brackets, available in single or double type. Furthermore, it can withstand a breaking load of 20 kN, about 2,039 kgf, for 60 seconds. As a result, the clamp provides reliable support and ensures long-lasting stability.
