Adjustable Fiber Cable Coiling Bracket Hot-Dip Galvanized

Hongjing Fiber Cable Coiling Bracket, also called cable storage bracket or fiber optic cable slack storage, is widely used on poles and towers to collect reserved optical cable. The bracket uses carbon steel with a hot-dip galvanized surface finish. Expect more than 5 years of rust-free service in outdoor installations.

It is a lightweight product and easy to install. The bracket is adjustable from 300 to 600mm in storing diameter. It locks the 4 sliding branches with 4 screws, so workers can adjust the size to match the cable’s bending radius specification.The bracket features built-in grooves that work with Hongjing stainless steel bands and buckles to secure it firmly to the pole.

How to Use

1. Position the bracket on the pole using stainless steel bands and buckles.
2. Loosen the four screws and adjust the bracket to your target diameter (300–600mm).
3. Tighten the four screws to lock the bracket in place.
4. Use the Hongjing BK16001 banding tool to fasten the stainless steel bands and secure the bracket firmly on the pole.
5. Coil the fiber optic cable onto the bracket, circle by circle.
